Starting October 4th
This class provides a semi-private personal training experience. Coach Mariana will combine body-weight calisthenics and weightlifting to deliver a challenging High Intensity Interval Training style class. This class is all you need to increase muscular and cardiovascular strength while enjoying a bit of fat loss at the same time. We will start each day focusing on strength and technique. We will finish the class with a full body HIIT circuit and some stretching.
Class sizes are limited! You may cancel whenever you would like, and it’s super easy to do, but please give me 30 day notice. When you sign up, please write down your password in a safe place. I can not reset.
Because 7 am is a new class, we will test it out October - December and discuss in December if the whole group wishes to continue.
Also, I have a large group of teenagers that come at 6. They are usually finishing up so class will most likely start at 7:05. I would appreciate it if you could come in at 7 and start warming up so we are all ready to go at 7:05-7:10.
