High Intensity Interval Training

This class provides a semi-private personal training experience. Coach Mariana and Ty will combine body-weight calisthenics and weightlifting to deliver a challenging High Intensity Interval Training style class. This class is all you need to increase muscular and cardiovascular strength while enjoying a bit of fat loss at the same time. We will start each day focusing on strength and technique. We will finish the class with a full body HIIT circuit and some stretching.

Class sizes are limited. Please pick just one time slot. You may cancel whenever you would like, and it’s super easy to do, but please give us 30 day notice. When you sign up, please write down your password in a safe place. I can not reset.
